To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- Timeframe
You may request a return within 10 days of the date of delivery. After 10 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our support team at support@ayaboo.in. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at support@ayaboo.in within 10 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
- Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale, which means they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.
